We took over a weathered boathouse and turned it into a place for coffee. The roaster sits where boats used to, and the windows still look out over the water.
Our beans come straight from family farms in Colombia and Ethiopia — no middle hands, no mystery lots. We roast in small batches, to order, so what lands in your bag is only a few days out of the drum.
On weekends the espresso bar opens up. Pull up a stool, ask what just came off the roaster, and stay a while.
