The rules of
the road.

BlessAMission is for real small businesses, side hustles, entrepreneurs, churches, nonprofits, and community groups based in the United States. If you’re outside the US, reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

You must be at least 18 years old (or a legal business representative) to use the service.

• We’ll build you a custom website using the information you provide in the intake form.
• We’ll host your site at a /sites/[your-slug] URL on blessamission.com.
• We’ll send you a private manage link so you can update your site in plain English.
• We’ll respond to email within 2 business days during normal circumstances.
• We’ll only use your data for the purposes described in our privacy policy.

• Provide truthful, accurate information in your intake form.
• Own the rights to any content you upload (logos, photos, text).
• Not use the service for anything illegal, harmful, harassing, or deceptive.
• Not run the following content through us: pornography, hate content, fraudulent or MLM schemes, firearms sales, illegal drugs, or anything that would embarrass your grandmother.
• Treat us like humans. We’re a small team and we read every email.

You decide what to pay. Zero is a valid number. Every dollar we receive goes toward building more sites for more people. Payments are processed by Stripe and are non-refundable by default because we start work immediately.

Our refund promise:if we don’t launch your site within 30 days of your intake submission — for any reason — we refund every cent you paid, no questions asked. Email us and we’ll process it within 7 days.

If you change your mind after your site launches, you can ask for a partial refund and we’ll work with you in good faith.

You own everything you upload — text, photos, logos, business information. By using BlessAMission, you grant us a limited license to display that content on your website and use it to improve the site (for example, sending it to our AI copy enhancer). If you delete your site, that license ends.

We own the templates, visual systems, and underlying code. You don’t get to take the template and use it somewhere else, but the copy and content we write specifically for you is yours.

If you sponsor another business through the Bless a Mission flow, your payment goes either to a specific business you selected or to the general fund, which we allocate to the next person in line. You don’t receive anything tangible in return — this is generosity, not a purchase. Sponsorships are non-refundable once a business has been notified.

We aim for 99.5% uptime but don’t guarantee a specific SLA. If our hosting provider has a major outage, your site might be briefly unavailable. We’ll always work to get it back fast.

If you need enterprise-grade hosting with guaranteed uptime, BlessAMission is probably not the right fit for you. We’ll happily tell you so up front.

• You want out? Email us and we’ll delete your site and all your data within 7 days.
• We ended it? If we ever need to end service (abuse, illegal content, etc.), we’ll give you 14 days to export your content and will refund any portion of your payment we haven’t yet earned.
• Your site is mine to keep? If you built a domain presence here and want to move it elsewhere, email us. We’ll give you an HTML export of your site to take with you.

We provide the service "as is." We’re not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses. If something goes wrong on our end, the most we owe you is a refund of what you paid us in the past 12 months.

Translation: we’ll try our hardest to do right by you, but we’re small and can’t indemnify you against the entire universe.

These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Massachusetts. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still apply.

We’ll update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email to anyone with an active site. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
